Not sure what happened in this one. Up to now I've enjoyed Eve Dallas' tough, no bullshit attitude but in this one she came across as angry, confrontational, impatient and more than a bit bitter. Sure we got glimpses of a softer side but… I don’t know. Chill out Eve!! Roarke didn’t disappoint though it made me wonder what he’s getting out of the relationship. Then again, as mentioned Eve was annoying me. We do get to see the thug side of Roarke that I found very hot!

The murder-mystery portion was very intriguing. I love the futuristic setting that is not so far from our future. Or is probably already here. I did figure out who the killer was early on but it was a fun ride to get there.
